This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. The information we receive comes from phone calls: your phone number, your name and address if you give them, and what you tell us about the work you need.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use the details you give us to answer your questions, schedule walk-throughs, prepare quotes, do the work and follow up about it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Calls, recording and forwarding

Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows. If our crews are fully booked or an emergency needs a faster response than we can give, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider, who will then receive your phone number and the details you share on that call.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not store information in your browser.

Third-party services on this site

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers. Maps are not loaded until you click View map; at that point Google Maps loads and Google's own privacy policy applies to that map.

How long we keep information

We keep job records, such as your address, the scope of work and colors used, for as long as they're useful for touch-ups, follow-up questions and our business records.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
