Quick answer
Lulos Painting & Restoration paints and repairs homes in Milton, scheduled from the Duluth head office. Milton incorporated in December 2006 and takes its name from the old Milton County, which merged into Fulton in 1932; its larger homes and lots make exterior repaints, fence and deck staining, and interior repaints the most common jobs.
Around Milton
A new city with an old county name
Milton became a city in December 2006, but its name is much older. Milton County existed from 1857 until it merged into Fulton County in 1932, and the new city revived the name for the northernmost part of Fulton.
Houses here tend to sit on larger lots, and big exteriors, long fence runs and decks take more time and more material than a typical subdivision home. We plan those jobs around dry weather and quote fences and decks separately so you can phase the work.
