Peeling siding, tired cabinets, a ceiling stain that keeps coming back, or a whole interior that needs new color. Call, and a crew that paints and repairs shows up.

Quick answer
Need a painter in Atlanta? We repaint interiors and exteriors, refinish cabinets, remove popcorn ceilings, and fix the drywall, plaster and rotted wood that paint alone cannot hide. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, every day, and every job starts with a walk-through at your home so the quote covers the prep, not just the paint.
Three ways in
Living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, ceilings, trim and doors. Furniture moved and covered, floors taped off, lines cut by hand, and the room put back the same evening.
Interior paintingWood, fiber cement and vinyl siding, brick, stucco and trim. Washed first, rot and caulk fixed second, then two coats timed around Atlanta humidity.
Exterior paintingKitchen cabinets, vanities and bookcases sprayed in a hard cabinet enamel instead of replaced. Doors come off, get numbered, and go back on aligned.

Local conditions
Summer humidity here sits above 70 percent for weeks at a time, and latex paint applied into that air does not cure the way the label says it will. That is why we schedule exterior coats for the dry middle of the day and never paint a wall that is still damp from a morning wash.
The other two enemies are pollen and red clay. From mid-March into April, pine pollen coats every board on a house, and paint rolled over it is paint rolled over dust. Heavy rain then throws red clay onto lower siding and foundation walls, where it bonds to flat sheens and will not rinse off. A satin or semi-gloss finish down low cleans far more easily.
Intown, the housing is old. West End, where our service office sits, has Victorian and Queen Anne homes from the 1880s and Craftsman bungalows from the 1920s, and Grant Park runs the same 1890s to 1940s range. Those houses have plaster, layered trim and sometimes lead paint under the top coats, so the work is slower and the prep matters more than the color. Lulos Painting & Restoration treats that as normal, not as an upsell.
The full catalog
43 jobs, from a single accent wall to a full exterior with siding replacement. Each link opens a page that explains what the work involves, what moves the price and how long a crew is in your home.
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets and stairs, with the furniture covered, the floors protected and every line cut by hand.
Siding, brick, stucco, cedar, decks, fences, railings and doors, washed and repaired before the first coat so the finish survives Georgia summers.
The work that has to happen before paint can hold: drywall, plaster, wood rot, windows, decks, siding, fascia, ceilings and caulk.
Bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, floor refinishing, tile and closets, handled by the same crews that finish the paint, so one call covers the whole room.
Offices, apartments, HOA exteriors, epoxy floors and pre-1978 homes that need slower, careful work.
Coverage
Work runs out of two offices. The service office at 565 Tift St SW Ste b in Atlanta puts crews close to West End, Adair Park, Grant Park, Kirkwood and the rest of intown, and the head office on Pond Rd in Duluth covers Gwinnett and the northern suburbs the company has worked in for years, from Norcross and Peachtree Corners up through Suwanee and Buford.
That is a wide area, and it is not everything. The service area page says plainly where the schedule reaches, where a job needs a bigger scope to make sense, and where we will point you to someone closer.
How a job runs
Any hour. We ask what the surface is, what is wrong with it, and when you want it done, then book a walk-through.
We look at every wall or elevation in person, probe soft wood, check for moisture and note what needs repair before paint.
Washing, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking and priming. This is most of the labor on any job and the reason the finish lasts.
Sample boards on your wall if you want them, then the sheen and coating chosen for that surface and its exposure.
Sprayed or rolled depending on the surface, with brushed lines at trim, windows and ceilings.
You inspect every room or elevation with the crew lead before the ladders go back on the van, and touch-ups happen then.
What is different
Most exterior repaints in this climate turn up rotted trim or a soft sill. Our crews replace it that day instead of pausing the job to find a carpenter.
A ceiling stain after a storm or a listing photo shoot on Friday does not wait for office hours. The phone is picked up 24/7 and scheduling starts on that call.
Intown jobs stage out of Tift St SW in Atlanta and suburban jobs out of Duluth, so nobody drives an hour to reach a two-room repaint.
Every scope lists the patching, caulking and priming in writing. You can see it done before a drop of color goes on.
Coatings and materials we work with
Describe what you are seeing, peeling, bubbling, a stain, a soft board, and we will tell you on the call whether a painter or a repair crew should come first.
Answers
Most repaints are scheduled within a couple of weeks of the walk-through, and repair-only calls like a leaking ceiling patch move faster. Tell us your date on the call and we will say honestly whether it fits.
Yes, with timing. Exterior coats go on in the drier middle of the day, we stop before evening dew, and we skip days after heavy rain. Interior work is not affected.
That is the point of the business. Drywall patches, plaster cracks, rotted trim, fascia and siding sections are repaired by the same crews, and the scope lists each one before work starts.
Yes. Doors and drawer fronts come off, get cleaned, sanded, primed and sprayed in a cabinet enamel, and the boxes are done in place. It is a fraction of replacement cost when the cabinets are sound.
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore lines for most walls and exteriors, Kilz and Zinsser primers for stains and bare wood, and Cabot or Thompson's WaterSeal products on decks. The product is chosen for the surface, not the other way round.
Yes. The head office in Duluth covers Gwinnett and the northern suburbs, and the service area page lists the regions each office reaches.
Tell us the room, the wall or the elevation and we will book the walk-through on the same call.
