Quick answer
Lulos Painting & Restoration paints interiors and exteriors, refinishes cabinets and decks, repairs drywall, plaster, rot and siding, remodels bathrooms and kitchens, and paints offices and apartment communities across metro Atlanta. Pick a group below, or use the guide further down.

How the work fits together
Paint only lasts as long as the surface under it, so the rotted sill, cracked plaster and soft subfloor get fixed by the same crews first.
Materials are chosen per surface, from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore paints to Zinsser and Kilz primers, and one call can cover a whole room or a whole house.

New home interior paintingA quick guide
Start with the surface, not the paint: soft wood under peeling trim, failed caulk at joints or moisture behind a wall. The repaint comes after the cause is fixed.
If the leak is fixed and the board is firm, it needs sealing and a repaint. If it sags or is soft, it needs water damage repair first.
Usually an interior repaint with ceilings and trim added. Textured ceilings are a separate job worth doing at the same time.
Cabinet painting and a new backsplash change more for the money than replacing cabinets, if the boxes are sound.
Treat it as historic painting: lead-safe prep, plaster and trim repaired rather than replaced, and colors that suit the style.
Commercial painting for shops and offices, apartment and HOA painting for turns and communities.
